What To Expect

Most homeowners have never had foundation work done before, and the not-knowing is the worst part. Here is precisely what happens in your yard, in order, and what we need from you at each stage.

1–3 Days

Typical start-to-finish duration, excluding weekends and holidays.

Owner On Site

Eric Rodriguez personally directs the raise and verifies the cleanup.

Minimal Intrusion

Unless interior pilings are required, we stay outside for Phase I.

Left Clean

Holes refilled, concrete patched, plants replanted, everything washed.

I

Phase I

Protect & Excavate

Our crew lays down plywood to protect your yard and moves any plants out of the work area. We break through concrete or other paved surfaces and hand-dig holes three to four feet deep at each planned piling location. Unless your home requires interior pilings, no access to the inside of your home is needed for this phase.

No interior access required (exterior pilings only)
II

Phase II

Set the Pilings

Concrete pilings are hydraulically pressed into the ground at each predetermined location, and subsequent piling segments are driven to the required depth and resistance. A piling cap is positioned on top of the last segment, and concrete blocks are placed between the cap and the bottom of the foundation beam.

We need access to 3–4 electrical outlets on separate circuits
III

Phase III

Raise the Foundation

Jacks are placed on top of the pilings and the low areas of the foundation are raised as near to their original elevations as possible. Eric Rodriguez personally directs the raising, watching how the structure reacts at every stage. When the raise is complete, steel spacers are set on the concrete blocks to permanently support the building.

Phase IV

Restore & Clean

We don't stop at the lift. Every hole is refilled with soil, concrete breakthroughs are patched, and plants go back where they came from. Yards, walks and drives are raked, swept and washed. We are not finished until Eric personally verifies the entire area is clean.

Start to finish is typically one to three days

And Then We Come Back

The 90-Day Post-Repair Inspection

Paramount Foundation Repair is the only foundation repair company that performs a critical inspection 90 days after repairs have been completed.

Why 90 days?

Ninety days allows time for settling to take place, which makes sure the foundation is in its fixed location. Come back too early and you are measuring a house that is still moving.

What we actually do

The inspection consists of a comprehensive visual inspection and a precise elevation study. Our technician compares both against the original tests and standards to make sure nothing has been missed or overlooked. The technician then reviews the original repair plan and verifies work completion.

This is a triple-check procedure that only Paramount performs, and it exists for one reason: to insure the highest quality of workmanship and satisfaction. Our goal is to meet and exceed these standards on every job we do. The 90-day post-repair inspection is another guarantee your work will be done right the first time.

Lifetime

Transferable Warranty

We provide a lifetime transferable foundation warranty on slab foundation repairs. Our company prides itself on working closely with homeowners to not only accurately assess foundation issues, but to repair them using the highest quality foundation repair system to keep the home structurally sound.

The guarantee is transferable if the home or business is sold for any reason — so the protection you buy today is still worth something at closing.
